In BusinessVision you may encounter a situation
where the whole computer freezes up when you access one of the
Browses. The only way out of the freeze is to reboot your computer
(or, for those of you who know how, use the Task Manager to end
BusinessVision).
Other symptoms include the disappearance of currencies from the
Multi-Currency and other brows windows, the appearance of "Error
Code 1: 00000" errors, and other strange errors. And sometimes
columns are rearranged or disappear.
In short, this
should be the first thing you try when information disappears or you
get strange errors.
Fortunately, there is an easy way to fix these problems.
Follow the steps outlined below. There are THREE resets to perform.
1. In BusinessVision, select from the menus: Options, Reset
Module Sizes and Positions:
