Browsers and Freezing of computer

 

In version 7.x of BusinessVision, you may encounter a situation where the whole computer freezes up when you access one of the Browses. The only way out of the freeze is to reboot your computer (or, for those of you who know how, use the Task Manager to end BusinessVision). Another symptom is the disappearance of currencies from the Multi-Currency browses.

Fortunately, there is an easy way to prevent this from happening. Follow the steps outlined below.

1. In BusinessVision, select from the menus: Options, reset Module Sizes and Positions:
